Low Trauma Acrylic Adhesives
Polymer Science’s PS-246X and PS-247X series products utilize an innovative concept that gives our customers flexibility using a skin contact adhesive that behaves similar to a silicone gel adhesive promoting atraumatic removal with acrylate-based raw materials allowing for a more economical option in pain-free removal adhesives. Our low trauma adhesives possess the following characteristics:

PS-2464 and PS-2474 are 25 gsm low trauma acrylic adhesives that have been coated onto a 37 gsm spun-bound polyester carrier. Each of these products are supplied with a 54# double coated dense kraft paper differential release liner.
PS-2463 and PS-2473 are 25 gsm low trauma acrylic adhesives that have been coated onto a 50 micron white, matte polypropylene film carrier. Each of these products are supplied with a 54# double coated dense kraft paper differential release liner.
PS-2462 and PS-2472 are 25 gsm low trauma acrylic adhesives that have been coated onto a 100 micron cast polyurethane film carrier. Each of these products are supplied with a 54# double coated dense kraft paper differential release liner.
