P-THERM® Gap Fillers
Designed to achieve desired heat management properties, P-THERM® gap filler materials includes a range of thermally conductive two-part dispensable silicone gap fillers and solid silicone gap filler formulations. P-THERM® provides good thermal conductivity, excellent compression characteristics, good wet-out and flexibility.
Variations include hypersoft gap fillers, ultrasoft gap fillers, soft gap fillers and gap fillers.
P-THERM® Phase Change Materials
Performing like thermal grease with the convenience of a thermal pad, P-THERM® thermally conductive phase change materials provide good thermal conductivity for many electronic applications. Thermally conductive tacky phase change materials offer low dripping and excellent converting properties.
P-THERM® Heat Spreaders
Quick heat dissipation is a key characteristic of P-THERM® heat spreaders. Polymer Science’s conductive acrylic pressure sensitive adhesives feature thin profiles and proper heat dissipation critical for compact electronics including smart phones, solar panels, tablets, computers and more.
Carrier varieties include aluminum foil heat spreaders, copper foil heat spreaders and synthetic graphite heat spreaders.
P-THERM® Adhesives
Offering reliable adhesion and conductive properties across a wide range of temperatures, P-THERM® Adhesives offer low stress on components in electronics. High temperature resistance and shock absorbing qualities benefit many applications like automotive, computers, smartphones, tablets and more.
Variations include single coated thermal tape and double coated thermal tape made from thermally conductive acrylic.
