P-THERM® Heat Spreaders
Heat spreaders are constructed to isotropically dissipate heat quickly using high thermal conductivity metal foils or graphite. Polymer Science designs P-THERM® heat spreaders featuring thin profiles of aluminum foil, copper foil and synthetic graphite.
As compact electronics become ubiquitous, the demands of the components are increasing.
