P-SHIELD® Fabric Tapes
Polymer Science P-SHIELD® fabric tapes provide excellent shielding performance. Often used in dynamic applications, P-SHIELD® fabric tapes are made of durable materials and provide exceptional flexibility within housings and cables. Lightweight with thin profiles, fabric tapes suit compact designs where space is limited.
Polymer Science has an extensive product line that includes single-sided conductive fabric tapes and double-side conductive fabric tapes. Our P-SHIELD® catalog includes conductive-woven fabric tapes, non-woven fabric tapes and ripstop fabric tapes. These polyester fabric tapes are very receptive to the plating compounds we use including nickel, copper and gold. Our most common adhesive coatings are conductive acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) and heat-activated adhesive.

Polymer Science P-SHIELD® fabric tapes effectively shield over a wide frequency range. Most of our tapes are plated with conductive copper nickel while others are gold plated. The thickness of fabric tape is also determined by your needs.
